Influenced by her creative and physical roots, Laeony has a natural understanding and affinity with the body and uses her knowledge sensitively and intuitively in her teaching.

Laeony has been practising Pilates for over 25 years, benefiting from its profound effects. Inspired, she trained as a teacher and qualified with the Body Control Pilates Association.
